As the legal system in the common law provinces in Canada is based on the principles of English common law, his qualifications are an important pillar of our legal advice. Common law differs from the civil law system in Germany. He assists our team by researching issues of Canadian and English common law to enable us to remain up to date in preparing legal submissions and filing court documents in Canada. His focus is on matters involving estate law and probate.
