Founded in 1996 by Sylvia A. Jacob as the first law firm in Germany specializing in Canadian and German law, our team has since then successfully focused on advising and representing companies and individuals with cross-border issues in both countries. We have achieved spectacular successes for our clients in court and in negotiations, which have had a lasting positive impact on mutual trade relations. We are specialists and have played a decisive role in shaping the Canadian-German legal culture for almost 30 years.

Our team has roots in both countries. In addition to Sylvia A. Jacob herself, several of us also have Canadian citizenship.
