Head of JACOB LAW Operations Consulting (JLOC)
Many legal projects have non-legal issues to be managed. That’s when Helmut Öller gets going. He heads our JLOC task force and handles cross-border issues such as negotiating with tenants, arranging for appraisals, surveys and sales of real estate, meeting with all non-legal stake-holders, coordinating evidence-gathering in complex cases, scouting out business locations and even taking on interim management tasks.
Helmut Öller knows the mindset, decision-making processes, and concerns of medium-sized companies from his first-hand experience as an operations manager, managing director, and shareholder in various medium-sized companies. He is a problem-solver who brings his wide-ranging professional experience and holistic view of things to every JLOC project and successfully implements complex operational tasks in both countries.
Helmut Öller is an engineer. He has been with Jacob Law since 2007.
