Sylvia A. Jacob is one of the most experienced and renowned experts in German-Canadian legal matters. As a triple-qualified lawyer (Canada, Germany, England & Wales) and an Ontario notary, she is considered a pioneer in Canadian legal culture in Germany. After working for 10 years with renowned international law firms, she founded JACOB LAW in 1996.
She specializes in cross-border corporate and commercial law as well as in handling cross-border disputes. She drafts and negotiates complex international contracts.
