To strengthen our team on a long-term basis, we are currently looking for a:
Lawyer licensed in Germany (m/f/d) – Focus on Estate Law
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Munich.
Your Responsibilities:
- Legal advice and representation in estate matters with German-Canadian context
- Independent handling of mandates
- Analysis and assessment of differences between German and Canadian estate law
- Close collaboration with our teams in Munich and in Canada
Your Profile:
- Fully qualified lawyer admitted to the bar in Germany (Rechtsanwalt)
- Several years of practical experience in German estate law
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (C1 or higher), enabling you to communicate precisely and professionally in both legal and client-facing contexts
- Interest in cross-border legal work and intercultural collaboration
- The extra edge: If you appreciate Canada beyond ice hockey – and like dogs
