Lawyer licensed in Germany (m/f/d) – Focus on Estate Law

 

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Munich.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Legal advice and representation in estate matters with German-Canadian context
  • Independent handling of mandates
  • Analysis and assessment of differences between German and Canadian estate law
  • Close collaboration with our teams in Munich and in Canada

 

Your Profile:

  • Fully qualified lawyer admitted to the bar in Germany (Rechtsanwalt)
  • Several years of practical experience in German estate law
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (C1 or higher), enabling you to communicate precisely and professionally in both legal and client-facing contexts
  • Interest in cross-border legal work and intercultural collaboration
  • The extra edge: If you appreciate Canada beyond ice hockey – and like dogs
